Inform your community Remind is coming to their school

For administrators with a School or District Plan.

We created email templates to help you get the conversation started about Remind. We recommend introducing Remind to your community to ensure the rollout is as smooth and effective as possible. The purpose is to inform your community that Remind will be used to communicate important district-wide, school-wide, and class information, increasing the opportunities for community engagement.

Simply choose from the template(s) below and customize the details for your district or school.

Here's a quick list of the templates below:

  1. For school leaders (rostered)
  2. For school leaders (non-rostered)
  3. For teachers (rostered)
  4. For teachers (non-rostered)
  5. For parents (all)
