What can I see and do with my admin dashboard?

Available to administrators with a School Plan or District Plan.

To access your dashboard for a specific school or district simply select the school or district from the left side menu.  To take a video walkthrough of your admin dashboard click here.

If you're a school administrator or district administrator and you're looking at your school's dashboard you'll be able to access the following 7 tabs:

  • Overview: View your most active teachers from the current week as well as read some of the recent announcements being sent from the teachers in your school and get a quick glimpse at some school level stats.
  • Messages: Read and write announcements sent school wide as well as all your direct conversations with participants from your school.
  • People: Add, remove, manage, get message history, and much more for every participant-teachers, students, and parents/guardians- in your school.
  • Calls: Make a call or check out the call log with that keeps track of all calls you've made and received via your Remind account. 
  • Classes: Keep track of how many announcement each teacher is sending in their Remind class as well as how many participants are in each class.  Also be able to tell when the particular class was created.
  • Statistics: Monitor the engagement of your school over time viewing the data by day, week, or month. You can also see how your community is interacting with Remind most: app, web, text, or email.
  • Settings: Add or view all school administrators for your school on Remind.

If you're a district administrator and you're looking at your district's dashboard you'll be able to access the following 6 tabs:

  • Overview: View your most active schools from the current week as well as read some of the recent announcements being sent from the schools in your district and get a quick glimpse at some district level stats.
  • Messages: Read and write announcements sent districtwide as well as all your direct conversations with participants in your district.
  • Calls: Make a call or check out the call log with that keeps track of all calls you've made and received via your Remind account. 
  • Schools: Keep track of the number of students and parents, as well as teachers at each school in your district while also seeing the number of current classes linked to each school with the total announcements sent for each school.  You can also see which school's in your district are on The Remind Plan and access their dashboard directly from here by simply selecting that school.
  • Statistics: Monitor the engagement of your organization over time viewing the data by day, week, or month. You can also see how your community is interacting with Remind most: app, web, text, or email.
  • Settings: Add or view all district administrators for your district on Remind as well as school administrators.  You can also remove any school administrator from this tab as long as they are not also a district administrator.
