Administrator dashboard

For administrators with a School and District plan.

Welcome to your Remind administrator dashboard! To take a step-by-step tour of the dashboard features, please click the video below or read on for a detailed description of what you can do in each section of your dashboard.

Administrator dashboards are set up on the school and district level. To access a dashboard, select the name of the school or district from the menu on the left side of the screen when you're logged into your account from a computer.

School dashboards are available to school and district administrators and include the following seven tabs:

  • Overview: The Overview tab includes at-a-glance statistics to help you understand how your school communicated in the last week. This tab also lists the teachers who have communicated the most along with the option to download a full teacher report. This report includes a list of all of your organization's teachers, the total number of messages they've sent, the number of classes they own, and more.
  • Messages: The Messages tab shows you a record of schoolwide messages that have been sent on Remind as well as any direct messages you've sent to teachers, students, and parents. You can also send a schoolwide message from here.
  • People: The People tab allows you to manage all participants in your school, including adding and removing them as necessary. If you're a school administrator, just click a participant to request access to their message history. If you're a district administrator viewing a school dashboard, you'll have direct access to participants' message histories—no request required.
  • Calls: The Calls tab includes a call log that keeps track of all the calls you've made and received with your Remind account. You can also make a voice call from here.
  • Classes: On the Classes tab, you'll see when each class at your school was created, how many participants are in each class, and how many announcements each class has received from their teacher.
  • Statistics: The Statistics tab helps you monitor how your school's engagement has changed over time, which you can adjust to be by day, week, or month. You can also see how many teachers, students, and parents are communicating on Remind and what devices they're using.
  • Settings: On the Settings tab, you can add and view all school administrators. You can also view your school's SIS sync status if you've chosen to roster via Direct Sync or Clever Sync.
