How do I leave a group conversation?
For all Remind users.
The following article takes you through the steps of how to leave a group conversation on Remind.
This article contains the following sections:
Web
- Click the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the group conversation that you wish to leave.
- Select Leave this conversation.
- Click Yes to confirm your action. You'll see that the bottom of the group thread shows that you've left the conversation.
SMS
Send @LEAVE to the group conversation you wish to leave. You'll receive an SMS confirming you've left the conversation.
iOS app
- Tap the info button in the top right-hand corner of the group conversation that you wish to leave.
- Tap Leave this conversation.
- Tap Leave conversation.
The Conversation details will display a banner that you've left the conversation. You'll also see that the bottom of the group thread shows you've left the conversation.
Android app
- Tap the info button in the top right-hand corner of the group conversation that you wish to leave.
- Tap Leave this conversation.
- Tap Yes to confirm your action.
The Conversation details will display a banner that you've left the conversation. You'll also see that the Participants list reflects you've left the conversation.
