How do I reset my Remind password?

For all Remind users

Go here and complete the following steps.

Reset your Remind Password. Step 1. Image of Remind login prompt with “Forgot?” circled. Click “Forgot?” Step 2. Enter your email address or phone number you used when you signed up with Remind then click “Send reset instructions”. Image of “Forgot password?” prompt. Step 3. Image of Confirmation that an email will be sent to reset your password. Step 3. You will receive an email notification. Click “Reset password” in the email you receive. Image of email with “Reset password” circled. This link will be live for 12 hours, after that you will need to repeat steps 1 and 2! Step 4. Step 4 Type and retype your new password then click, “Change my password”. Image of “Change your password” prompt.

How do I reset my Remind password?

If you are having trouble accessing your account:

Enter your email address or phone number to access your account here, and click Send reset instructions.

If you entered an email, please check your inbox for an email from no-reply@mail.remind.com.It will contain a link that you can use to reset your password and reaccess your account. If you do not receive anything, please check your Spam folder for an email from remind.com.

If you entered a phone number, check your phone for a four-digit confirmation code.

Enter the code on the Forgot password screen and click Submit.

Change your password.

Note: The email password link will expire after an hour. The phone confirmation code will only be valid for 30 minutes.

If the steps above don't work, please try the troubleshooting steps here.

If you still cannot access your account, please contact the Remind Support team with your class code.
