If you are using the Remind mobile app on a jailbroken or rooted device, you will see a warning regarding the security risks associated with running software on this type of device.

On a jailbroken iOS device or a rooted Android device, the device's built in security controls designed to protect the device user may be removed. In the absence of these protections, any information that you share or access on a device of this kind may be at risk of being exposed to unintended parties.

Remind strongly encourages its users to only use the Remind app on secure devices to keep their information safe.

If you are not sure why your device is rooted or jailbroken, please contact the seller or manufacturer of your device.
