For all Remind users.
You can easily export the message history for an individual conversation via your Remind account online or through the Remind app. The message history link will expire after 90 days.

Prerequisite
Make sure there is an active email address linked to your Remind account as we'll send the message history to your email.
If you have an email associated with your account, and you do not receive the message history, please check your spam/junk/quarantine folder to see if it's there.
Web
- On the Messages tab for your class, click on the name of the person whose message history you need.
- Click the three dots located on the upper right side of the dashboard.
- Select Email message history.
iOS
- Open the Remind app.
- Select a class under Classes owned.
- Tap the name of the participant whose message history you need under Conversations.
- Tap the information buttonlocated on the top right side of the screen.
- Choose Email message history.
- Tap OK.
Android
- Open the Remind app.
- Select a class under Classes owned.
- Tap the name of the participant whose message history you need under Recent.
- Tap the information buttonlocated on the top right side of the screen.
- Choose Email message history.
- Tap OK.

When you open your message history, you'll see a list of the dates you and the participant exchanged messages, the actual message you each sent to one another as well as any notes you may have about the participant.
Note 1: Conversation transcripts do not show announcements; so if the conversation transcript is blank, that usually indicates that the class participant has never replied to any announcements you've sent them, and/or that you have replies turned off.
Note 2: Class role-based messages are not included in class announcements, and will be documented under individual conversations.
