Typically, messages are instantaneous, but during peak times (7-8am, 3-4pm) you may notice a slight delay (less than 10 minutes).
If you are noticing consistent delays (more than once) in your messages take longer than this to deliver, please email the Remind Support team so we can take a look at your account.
Various factors including cell carriers can also play a role in message delivery. Please include your class @code, the phone number for you or your participants who are not receiving messages and your cell carrier.
