You can manage your auto message SFTP credentials from your organization's settings on your Remind auto message dashboard. Here you can generate new SFTP credentials, edit the names of existing credentials, or delete previously created credentials in the SFTP credentials section.

Edit auto message SFTP credentials
Delete auto message SFTP credentials
- Log in to Remind.
- Click Settings on your dashboard.
- Choose Auto Messaging.
- Select SFTP credentials.
- Click the SFTP credentials you'd like to delete. For this example, I've selected Lunch Balance.
- Click Delete at the bottom of the pop-up.
- Click Delete to remove the credentials.
Generate new auto message SFTP credentials
- Log in to Remind.
- Click Settings on your dashboard.
- Choose Auto Messaging.
- Select SFTP credentials.
- Click Generate new credentials at the top right.
- Enter a Credential Name. Be sure to associate the name with the student_number CSV file name being used for your auto message.
- Click Generate credentials.
