Available with Remind Hub.

We want to make sure you're able to use Remind to create meaningful and insightful communication which can be hard to do if you're having trouble with your account. To help make things simple and easy, we're providing priority support for everyone that is part of Remind Hub. 

This means that when you reach out to our Support Team, you'll be receiving speedy, efficient, and effective help. A few things to note so you can fully utilize the priority support you now have access to...

  • How to access priority support directly from your Remind account

  1. Select your name in the upper left.
  2. Click Help Center from the drop down menu.
  3. Select Contact Remind from the window that pops up.
