We want to help make sure you've got everything you need in just one Remind account. Regardless of if you're logged in with your official school email address on your laptop, or if you're using your phone to text via Remind, there's no reason to have multiple accounts!
Use the steps below to check if you have multiple accounts, and if so, combine them into one!
Step 1: Check the contact information in your Remind account
To see the contact information in your account, make sure to use the correct steps for the specific device you're using.
If there's any contact information you know you've used in the past with Remind that you're not seeing, then you most likely have multiple accounts.
Step 2: Contact the Remind support team
As long as you can still access the email address or cell phone number that you aren't seeing, Remind support can help combine your Remind accounts!
I think I have multiple Remind accounts. Please help me merge them all into 1 account. Below is a list of all the email addresses and cell phone numbers I've used with Remind:

Step 3: Check your email inbox and/or phone
You will hear back from our support team via email and/or text message for next steps to complete merging your Remind accounts.
