Other companies make it possible for Remind to operate our service. These companies only have access to the account information they need to operate their own services.

Below are the companies we currently work with as well as their respective privacy policies. Please note the list may change over time.

  • Apple for push notifications to Apple devices
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) is our primary data warehouse and hosts our servers
  • Ayrshare to enable social media cross-posting of Remind announcements
  • Braze to help us send important emails out to our users
  • DataDog for hosting metrics and generating alerts
  • Fabric.io for tracking iOS and Android crashes as well as mobile analytics
  • Google for push notifications to Android devices
  • Imgix to help transmit image files in user messages
  • Limnu powers our Tutoring virtual whiteboard
  • OpenMarket handles SMS messages over 81010
  • Pusher for handling pub/sub notifications to mobile and web clients
  • Redislabs for hosting redis and memcache data stores
  • RingCentral to allow our sales employees to call prospective customers
  • Rollbar for tracking alerts and exceptions
  • SendGrid for delivering Remind messages by email
  • Stripe to enable our Tutoring and VPC payments
  • Twilio handles SMS Messages over regular phone numbers
  • Zendesk handles our customer support via email
