Follow the steps below if you need to cancel all of your recurring sessions. If you submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of the start time, we’ll charge you for the session as normal whether the student attends or not.
Be sure to contact your organization for cancellation and rescheduling policies.
- Sign in to your Remind account
- Select Manage All Sessions
- Select Cancel on the recurring session you want to cancel.
- Choose the reason for your cancellation - Add any additional information if applicable
- Select Cancel
Once the session is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
