Follow the steps below if you need to cancel all of your recurring sessions. If you submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of a session start time, your account will be charged for the next session as normal whether the student attends or not.
Disclaimer: If your tutoring sessions are subsidized by a School, District, or Educational Organization, some schedule functionality may be disabled. If you do not have the following options, please reach out to the organization purchasing tutoring on your behalf.
- Sign in to your Remind account
- Navigate to the Tutoring Dashboard
- Scroll to the subject you wish to cancel
- Click on "Edit recurring sessions"
- Select the Tutoring Plan you want to cancel
- Choose the reason for your cancellation - Add any additional information if applicable
- Select Cancel
- Verify there are no upcoming sessions and the Tutoring Plan appears under the "Past Tutoring" header
- You will receive a confirmation email and message notification
