Please note that you’ll get charged for the entire session when you submit a cancellation or reschedule request within 24 hours of the start time, even if the student does not attend it.
Disclaimer: If your tutoring sessions are subsidized by a School, District, or Educational Organization, some schedule functionality may be disabled. If you do not have the following options, please reach out to the organization purchasing tutoring on your behalf.
Steps to cancel a session
- Sign in to your Remind account and navigate to the Remind Tutoring Dashboard
- Navigate to the student in question and click on the arrow to open the Tutoring Plan
- Select the session you would like to cancel
- Click on the pencil - to the right of your scheduled session
- Select Cancel
- Be very careful not to select "cancel all following sessions"
- Choose the reason for your cancellation - add any additional information if applicable
- Select Cancel
- Once the session is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
