- Sign in to your remind account
- Click the Remind Tutoring dashboard in the left-hand navigation bar
- On the same line as your student’s subject, select Edit Schedule
- Select Cancel recurring session
- Choose the reason for your cancellation
- Add any additional information if applicable.
- Click Cancel plan.
- Once the session has been canceled you will receive an email confirmation.

To avoid any charges: Any cancellations or reschedules for a session must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the session. If a cancellation or reschedule request is submitted within 24 hours of the start time, the session will still be charged normally whether or not the student attends.
