Students under 13 can't join classes outside the United States

Remind now requires that students under the age of 13 be connected to a registered organization on Remind in order to receive messages. Since we have only been able to verify US schools thus far, at this time Remind users outside the US are unable to have classes with students under the age of 13.

Unfortunately until we can be certified for COPPA like rules internationally, students under 13 can't join classes on Remind outside of the US. We suggest that parents join the class rather than students under 13.
