Confirming New Student Matches

Tutor Confirmation Message

When Tutors are matched with a new student a notification will be sent via Remind Chat, SMS, and email notifying them of the new match, date, and time with a link to accept or deny this new student.

 

Tutors should click on the link and submit the form by confirming if this time works for the first scheduled session and sessions moving forward. If this time does not work for your schedule anymore please select no, then go into your tutor dashboard and adjust your availability accordingly. 

 

If you do not respond, by clicking on the link and submitting the form within 12 hours the student will be rematched with a new tutor. 

 

Please take action as soon as you can so that we can ensure a positive experience for students on their first session with Remind Tutoring.
