Session Ratings
A positive relationship with a trusted tutor means students are more comfortable admitting when they’re struggling and asking for help—and in turn, helps bolster their confidence and motivation to succeed. In order to ensure students are developing such a relationship with their tutor(s), Remind gathers Session and Tutor Ratings after each tutoring session.
Session Ratings
Did something not live up to your expectations for the session, but you loved the tutor? Was there a technological issue with the video or connecting to the session? Let Remind know by filling out the Session Rating.
Session Ratings range from 1-5 stars and can help Remind identify when there is a challenge with the connections or technology directly.
Tutor Ratings
Were you able to connect to the session easily, but your tutor wasn't a match for your learning style or personality? Did Remind find you the absolutely perfect tutor? Let Remind know how good of a match your tutor was by providing a star rating between 1-5 after each session.
If your tutor wasn't a match, Remind will be able to coordinate a new tutor for you.
Additional Comments
Students and Parents also have the opportunity to provide additional comments when providing ratings. These comments go to Remind, and are your opportunity to provide additional clarity on the Session or Tutor Ratings provided.
Additional comments provided may be used in marketing materials or provided to tutors with all identifying information removed.
