Lead Time

Tutors have the ability to reschedule and cancel sessions on behalf of their students.

Tutors are able to reschedule sessions within the Remind application with at least 45 minutes notice, and can cancel sessions with at least 28 hours notice. Once these thresholds have passed, the option to reschedule or cancel a session will no longer be available in the tutor's Remind application and will have to be completed by the parent or student, or by reaching out to Remind Support.

Remind recommends rescheduling or canceling at least two days in advance. Sessions that are rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in an instance of a Tutor No Show or Late Cancelation being recorded on the tutor's account.
